Thinking about relocating? If you're currently living in Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island and looking for a better quality of life, this could be the perfect opportunity. Westchester County offers excellent schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, shorter commutes, beautiful parks, and more space to enjoy life. Make the move and build your career in a community that's a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
Done Once, Done Right, Lead the Install Team
For 24 years, Innovative Air has delivered residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, and IAQ services with a customer-first, detail-obsessed approach. We're family-owned, locally operated, and built on Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Compassion, and Trust. We're looking for a Residential HVAC Installer to join our team.
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll lead residential replacement installs (furnaces/AC/ductless), run a clean and efficient jobsite, and mentor installers, while delivering true white-glove service in customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities For Residential HVAC Installer
If you're tired of being "a number," this is the opposite. Our owners are present, the culture is tight-knit, and people stay, some for decades, because the company treats technicians like professionals and humans. You'll work residential only, north of the city, with a team that cares about quality, communication, and doing the job right the first time.
Innovative Air is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
