WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE:
THE SCHEDULE:
Enjoy a stable schedule-Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm-with the flexibility to work full- or part-time.
YOUR ROLE:
As our full- or part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments in our CRM, and follow up with customers to ensure they receive the best service possible. You'll be the voice and first impression of our company-answering questions, resolving concerns, updating records, and even recommending services when appropriate. Your day will be dynamic and fulfilling because you'll play a key role in making sure every customer feels valued and heard.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of experience in a similar job setting
- Experience working in a busy office setting, handling high-volume incoming calls, and setting appointments
- Ability to multitask, handle complaints, and inquiries
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred
- Possessing sales and data entry experience is a plus
- Experience working in a trades office, an office setting, or dispatching is a bonus
