Digital Marketing Content Strategist

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Content Strategist to help bring the Innovations brand to life across digital channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is naturally curious, understands what makes content compelling, and can balance creative thinking with strong organization and follow-through. The ideal candidate has an interest in interior design and enjoys discovering stories, developing ideas, creating compelling content, and helping bring projects from concept through completion. The right candidate will naturally look for interesting products, projects, materials, and stories that can become engaging content and will be comfortable taking an idea from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

· Develop and coordinate original ideas and engaging content for social media, email, website, and other digital channels.

· Create digital content around new collections, products, materials, installations, events, and the design process behind Innovations.

· Manage day-to-day community engagement across platforms.

· Write and edit social captions, email content, product features, and other communications in the Innovations brand voice.

· Develop ideas for image renders and product imagery, working closely with the Design Studio, Marketing team, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution, accurate product representation, and adherence to brand and visual guidelines.

· Write and edit press releases, product descriptions, collection text, and other brand content, maintaining a clear and consistent voice across all channels and written content.

· Help develop and maintain content calendars, digital assets, and project timelines.

· Maintain and update content and visual imagery for the company website.

· Support the planning and coordination of photoshoots, including styling and content needs.

· Coordinate client outreach to secure installation images and project stories.

· Help identify opportunities for partnerships, social advertising, and other ways to expand the brand's reach.

· Analyze social media and website performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and make data-driven decisions that inform future marketing strategies and content development.

· Work closely with marketing, creative, sales, and product teams to identify opportunities and bring projects to life.

· Stay informed about digital platforms and trends while maintaining a clear understanding of what is right for the Innovations brand.

· Be willing to contribute to a variety of projects and tasks as a part of a small, collaborative marketing team.

Qualifications and Skills

· 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, communications, or a related field.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

· Experience in luxury goods, interiors, architecture, home furnishings, wallcoverings, or a related industry is a plus.

· Strong written, visual, and organizational skills, with a good eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.

· Understanding of brand voice and how to build a consistent brand across different channels.

· Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

· Ability to identify content opportunities and take ideas from concept through execution.

· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable creative tools.

· Experience with content calendars, digital asset management, and basic analytics is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a creative team and external partners.

· Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects while bringing new ideas and perspectives.

· Strong interest in interior design, architecture, social media, and the design industry.
