Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Architect-project manager in Orlando, FL. The Landscape Architect will manage and execute landscape planning and design projects, develop planting plans, and contribute to landscape architecture projects from concept to construction documents. The role also involves collaborating with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success, while balancing aesthetic, functional, and ecological principles.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Landscape Planning and Landscape Design
- Experience with Landscaping and creating Planting Plans
- Expertise in Landscape Architecture, including developing and implementing sustainable and innovative design solutions
- Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Licensure in Landscape Architecture or ability to obtain licensure is preferred
- US based or authorized to work in tge US
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused mindset
- Understanding of local horticulture, permitting processes, and construction methods
