Innovation Property Management, Inc we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data within various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with speed and precision, including typing, transcription, and order entry.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and record keeping.
- Assist with data collection activities, compile information for reports, and create pivot tables using Microsoft Excel to analyze trends.
- Support office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently.
- Conduct basic math calculations as needed for data verification or inventory purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to organizational policies.
Skills
- Proficiency in using databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for creating pivot tables and managing spreadsheets.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience in transcription is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, data entry, order processing, and general office support.
- Solid understanding of basic math principles for data verification and calculations.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and telecommunication tools.
