We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help build and scale our B2B sales operation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in packaging, logistics, food industry packaging, industrial supplies, or related industrieswho thrives in a growth environment, enjoys selling, and wants to build and lead a team — not just manage one.
What You'll Do
- Drive direct B2B sales and manage key accounts
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain sales processes, accountability, and CRM discipline
- Actively use CRM software to track pipeline, activity, and performance
- Coach and develop reps while maintaining your own book of business
- Expand sales across local and out-of-market opportunities
- Travel as needed to support customer development, team growth, and new market expansion
- Collaborate closely with leadership on sales strategy and growth initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in packaging, logistics, food industry packaging, industrial supplies, or related industries
- Comfortable being both a top-producing seller and a people manager
- Experience building, training, and managing sales teams
- Strong leadership, accountability, and follow-through
- Proficient with CRM software and disciplined in pipeline management and reporting
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to build systems from the ground up
- Able to work from our office while managing regional and national territories
- Willing and able to travel to expand sales reach and support growth initiatives
Compensation
- Base salary commensurate with experience, with significant earning potential through uncapped commission
- Override commission on team sales
- Significant upside tied directly to performance
