Outside Sales Representative – B2B Packaging Solutions

About Us: Innovation Packing Group is a fast-growing importer and distributor of flexible packaging for the logistics, warehousing, and food manufacturing industries. We supply stretch films, shrink films, tapes, bags, and pallet wrapping machinery to leading 3PLs and distribution centers across the U.S. and Caribbean.
We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within the logistics and 3PL sector. This role involves visiting customers, understanding their operations, and recommending cost-effective packaging solutions that improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage B2B accounts in logistics, 3PL, and warehousing sectors
• Conduct on-site visits and product demos
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close new business
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
• Report activities and pipeline updates in CRM or similar.
Requirements:
• 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (packaging or industrial supplies preferred)
• Proven record of prospecting and closing accounts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
