Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Claims Specialist. The Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing claims efficiently, analyzing claims data, and ensuring timely resolutions. The specialist will handle claim inquiries, evaluate documentation, and communicate with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Management and Claims Handling processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and process claim-related data effectively
- Knowledge of Insurance systems and procedures
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and resolution of queries
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
