Innovation Food Services is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Twinsburg, Ohio.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring products are received, organized, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. Your work will directly support our mission of providing nutritious meals to children and seniors throughout Northeast Ohio.
What You'll Be Doing- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, prepare, and stage orders for delivery and distribution.
- Assist with inventory counts, product rotation, and inventory management.
- Support the organization of delivery routes and verify pallet accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and food safety standards.
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams to support daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous warehouse, food service, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
