Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be assisting on day-to-day tasks associated with planning and managing events. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, budgeting, and overseeing event setup and breakdown. The Event Coordinator will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and attendees while assisting at events onsite.
This position will also include assisting other Event Managers while they prepare for upcoming events as well as various projects for the company including answering phones and handling exhibitor and customer questions, ad production and editing, website content and social media maintenance, assist with sales for all events, help processing contracts, and other customer service projects around the office and onsite at various events. Job requirements include experience in communication/business/marketing and customer service, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a good work ethic. Must also be organized and have good time management. Sales experience is also a plus! The position will require substantial (up to 50%) travel during the week with some weekends, primarily in Texas. Salary ranges from $42,000- $45,000. Previously demonstrated event or project management skills are considered in the offer.

Salary : $42,000 - $45,000
