Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative and Kitchen Designer for Innovation Cabinetry, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and providing expert design guidance to our valued customers. Combining your sales acumen with your creative flair for kitchen design, you'll deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Annual salary of $41,600 with 2% commission.
- Potential earnings up to but not limited to $100,000 annually.
- The Inside Sales Representative Designer will be provided with a book of customers to grow their customer base.

- Consultative Sales: Engage with customers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Utilize your design expertise to recommend cabinet solutions that align with their vision and functional requirements.
- Design Expertise: Leverage your proficiency in kitchen design software (e.g., 2020, ProKitchen, SketchUp) to create detailed layouts, 3D renderings, and presentations that showcase the proposed cabinet designs. Incorporate elements such as cabinetry styles, finishes, hardware, and accessories to create visually stunning and functional kitchen spaces.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our cabinet products, materials, and customization options. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes and pricing proposals for customers based on their design specifications and budget. Work closely with the sales team and production department to ensure timely and competitive pricing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Provide ongoing support, address any concerns or questions, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to project completion.
- Sales Support: Assist the outside sales team with lead qualification, sales presentations, and customer follow-up. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales aptitude with a track record of success in inside sales or a related field. Ability to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Design Experience: Proven expertise in kitchen design is preferred, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and proficiency in design software. Experience specifically within the cabinetry industry is highly desirable.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities concurrently.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020, ProKitchen, SketchUp) and CRM systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the building products and remodeling industry is preferred.
- Languages: Bilingual preferred, but not required.
