Registered Behavior Technician ® (RBT) – Afternoon Hours (PT) – Greater Lowell Area, MA
Join Innovation Behavior Services as a Registered Behavior Technician and empower children, teens and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Down Syndrome in Lowell, MA. Our supportive, BCBA®-led team offers predictable M–F afternoon hours, purposeful work, paid holidays, and a 3% employer 401(k) contribution, all while making a measurable and lasting impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide one-to-one ABA in homes and community settings; focus on communication, daily living, and self-management skills.
Implement individualized BCBA plans with integrity; collect precise, concise session data.
Collaborate respectfully with caregivers and your supervising BCBA to support meaningful, day-to-day progress and help individuals gain independence and control over their lives.
Pay and schedule
$19–$26 per hour, depending on qualifications, credentials, and experience.
Part-time, typically Monday–Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM. Additional time frames may occasionally be available, but are not guaranteed.
Service area includes Chelmsford, Lowell, Dracut, Middlesex County communities within a 30-minute drive of Lowell, MA.

Requirements:
Must be over the age of 18 and legally permitted to work in the USA.
Preferred: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree, those preparing to sit for their BCBA
Min. Requirement: High School Diploma or GED is acceptable for well-qualified candidates.
Ability to pass Criminal, OIG, and Abuse History Background Checks
Reliable and insured personal transportation
Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week consistently
Highly Preferred Qualities
An active RBT credential is strongly encouraged.

Successful applicants who have completed the required coursework but have not yet taken the exam may receive support with the RBT Competency Assessment and application for the exam.
