The Role 

We are looking for a driven and analytical Summer Intern to support our Sales Team, with a specific focus on business process improvement, AI integration, and pharmacy automation sales strategy. This role is ideal for someone interested in how cutting-edge technology is transforming healthcare, and who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. 

As an intern, you’ll help evaluate and refine go-to-market processes, support CRM and sales infrastructure improvements, and assist in the identification of AI-enabled opportunities that drive efficiency, visibility, and commercial impact. You will also gain exposure to the unique landscape of pharmacy automation and the sales motion required to serve both large health systems and independent providers. 

The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship, running from Tuesday, May 26, 2026, through Friday, July 31, 2026.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and improve RevOps workflows tied to the pharmacy automation sales lifecycle (e.g., lead qualification, quoting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene)
  • Conduct market and customer research to support business development strategy, territory planning, and prospecting initiatives
  • Assist in the evaluation, testing, and rollout of AI-powered tools to enhance reporting, automation, and sales enablement
  • Create process maps, SOPs, and training guides to support scalable, repeatable operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce or other BI tools to measure performance and identify gaps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align key initiatives across Sales, Product, and Commercial Strategy teams
  • Research potential partners, trends, and competitive activity in the pharmacy automation and healthcare tech space

Who You Are:

  • A current undergraduate (junior/senior) or graduate student studying Business, Operations, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Interested in healthcare innovation, pharmacy automation, and commercial sales strategy
  • Technically curious, with strong analytical skills and experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data tools
  • Eager to learn CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), ZoomInfo CoPilot, workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate), and AI integrations (e.g., ChatGPT, machine learning concepts)
  • A systems thinker who thrives on identifying process inefficiencies and proposing practical, scalable solutions
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
