What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Indoor Track & Field Assistant Coach (Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps) position at Innovation Academy Charter School?
Innovation Academy is looking for an assistant high school indoor track & field coach who specializes in hurdles, jumps or sprints. We will accept candidates who are only familiar with one of these areas (though, knowledge of all three is a bonus). Practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:15-5:15 pm. We are willing to meet with candidates who are experienced in these events, but may only be available on a more part-time basis. In addition to practices, this position requires that you attend at least 50% of the meets, which will be scheduled Monday through Saturday, mostly at Reggie Lewis in Boston. This is a stipend position which will pay $2,500 for the season. Innovation Academy competes in the Commonwealth Athletic Conference.
