**JOB SUMMARY:** Innovation Academy Charter School seeks a **custodian**
for a full-time position, starting immediately. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The following is a sample of duties the individual may be required to
perform; it is not all-inclusive: - Responsible for cleaning the
facilities, including trash removal, floor cleaning general cleaning,
and sanitizing - Sets up school and miscellaneous events; and other
related duties. - Ability to address light maintenance issues as
needed - Respond to building related issues during off hours as needed -
Manage student drop off and pick up as directed **SKILLS** - Ability to
work both independently and with colleagues on assignments - Detail
oriented and proactive in problem solving with an eye for making
improvements throughout the school campus. - Ability to work well with
individuals from many diverse backgrounds and professions, as well as
the student body. - Must possess the physical ability to move and carry
heavy loads; ability to climb stairs and ladders. **QUALIFICATIONS** -
Prior work experience is preferred. - Flexible schedule with an ability
to work evenings and weekends if needed - High School diploma or
equivalent preferred. - Exhibit a personality that demonstrates
interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff,
administration, parents and the community. - Ability to pass a State
employee background check (CORI/SAFIS). - This is a 40 hour per week
position, Monday - Friday. Overtime may be available. - Pay commensurate
