What You Will Do
- Investigate root causes, initiate corrective/preventative actions, and lead troubleshooting efforts across assembly lines.
- Support the preparation and execution of critical ISO 9001 internal and surveillance audits.
- Collaborate directly with engineering during pilot runs to define, document, and add new quality test procedures.
- Apply SPC and lean tools to identify performance trends, reduce deficiencies, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree (a technical or scientific discipline is preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Quality engineering experience inside a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
- Strong proficiency with precision measuring tools, blueprints, and data management systems (ERP/CRM/Excel).
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or specialized LEAN training is a massive plus.
