Project Manager – Controls

This is an opportunity to step into a senior-level role where you’ll take full ownership of projects, lead high-performing teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across technically demanding environments.
We’re looking for a Project Manager – Controls who can independently manage small to large-scale projects, balance cost, schedule, and resources, and consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage controls and automation projects from initiation through closeout
- Own and control project budgets, schedules, and resourcing
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high delivery standards
- Lead cross-functional engineering and delivery teams to achieve project objectives
- Guide clients through key project decisions, ensuring solutions align with business needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, building strong, long-term relationships
- Provide regular project updates, reporting on progress, risks, and achievements
- Act as an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) when required, coordinating and managing third-party partners
- Ensure project accountability, quality, and overall program success
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred)
- 5 years of experience managing industrial, controls, or automation-related projects
- History of hands on Controls & Automation Engineer roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline projects with minimal oversight
- Strong leadership style with a servant-leader mindset
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- PMP certification is a plus

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
