Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 6 months to 4 years of experience in lead generation or client acquisition, preferably in Recruitment, Staffing, HR, or BPO.

🎯 Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard candidates or students who are actively seeking job opportunities in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

🔹Identify, pitch, and onboard candidates or students actively looking for jobs in the USA

🔹Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, job boards, networking, and market research

🔹Present Innovate Tech IT LLC’s recruitment and staffing services to potential candidates

🔹Conduct introductory calls, service presentations, and requirement discussions

🔹Convert qualified leads into successful onboardings

🔹Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience

🔹Meet and exceed monthly business development targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 0.5 – 4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales

✅ Prior exposure to recruitment, staffing, HR, or BPO industry is preferred

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US shift environment

✅ Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
