Summary
Oversees therapy operations within a contracted facility, ensuring quality of care, providing treatment to residents, ensuring compliance, and efficient staffing.
Responsibilities
• Oversee rehabilitation operations at multiple assigned facilities.
• Supervise, mentor, and support facility-level DORs and therapy staff.
• Provide treatment as appropriate to professional designation/licensure.
• Ensure therapy services meet Innovate Rehab & Wellness standards, as well as federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Monitor productivity, quality outcomes, and financial performance across facilities.
• Partner with facility administrators and nursing leadership to address operational challenges.
• Conduct audits, and compliance checks; implement corrective action when needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of therapy leaders.
• Report area performance metrics to Area Director or VP of Operations.
• Foster consistency in therapy programs, policies, and culture across assigned facilities.
Qualifications:Qualifications
• Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA/OTA.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in long-term care.
• Leadership and supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements
• Combination of clinical and administrative duties.
• Ability to perform occasional resident assessments and treatment as needed.
