Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, helping individuals improve their speech, language, cognitive-communication, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Provide therapy sessions focusing on articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance communication and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational and physical therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in speech therapy (preferred but not required).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
- Certifications: CPR certification (preferred).
