Medical & Wellness Channel | Remote with Travel

Contract-to-hire: $50, W2

May consider full-time

Salary: $80K-$110K


About the Role

This role is part of a brand-new sales team being built from the ground up within a well-established, highly respected organization in the healthcare and wellness space. As a Sales Representative (Healthcare), you will be a key driver in expanding our medical channel by building trusted relationships with physician offices and healthcare providers nationwide. This is a highly consultative, relationship-focused sales role that blends scientific understanding with strategic outreach, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants a real voice in shaping a growing sales function.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with physician and provider offices through high-quality remote engagement (phone, email, virtual meetings)
  • Execute daily outbound and inbound sales activity aligned to defined performance goals
  • Lead meaningful, in-depth conversations with healthcare providers to educate, influence, and grow product adoption
  • Own and manage a targeted list of physician accounts, tailoring outreach to maximize engagement and volume growth
  • Develop and execute territory-level business plans to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Create professional sales materials and follow-up communications that reinforce brand messaging
  • Accurately document interactions, outcomes, and next steps within CRM systems
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, programs, and approved messaging
  • Effectively navigate provider questions using sound scientific understanding and compliant communication
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and peers to share insights, progress, and best practices
  • Support special initiatives, projects, and launches as the medical channel continues to scale
  • Represent the organization at virtual trainings, team meetings, and select industry events when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in B2B, inside sales, or healthcare-adjacent sales
  • Comfort communicating scientific or medical information clearly and confidently
  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Healthcare, medical, wellness, or CPG experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage sales coverage across multiple U.S. time zones
