You want a front-row seat to building and scaling a fast-growing edtech company in the U.S.
You’re excited by hands-on work — building, executing, iterating.
You thrive when you’re close to decision-making and in the weeds making things happen.
You want to help shape how thousands of students experience math learning.
You’re looking for a role where you’ll learn in 2–3 years what might take 5–10 elsewhere.
If so, read on 🙌
About Innovamat 🚀
Innovamat is transforming K–8 math education across the U.S. and beyond — and we’re just getting started.
We’re a fast-growing global EdTech startup with 300 teammates across 10 countries, building a new generation of math education grounded in research, teacher empowerment, and real classroom impact. Our curriculum, intervention programs, and adaptive technology are already trusted by 27,000 teachers in 2,600 schools worldwide — and we’re now in a pivotal phase of scaling our presence in the U.S.
Backed by leading thinkers like Peter Liljedahl (Building Thinking Classrooms), Innovamat sits at the intersection of learning science, product innovation, and execution.
We operate with a true startup mindset — we move fast, take ownership, experiment constantly, and are deeply driven by the impact we create for teachers and students.
Math should be joyful, meaningful, and transformational — not worksheets and rote memorization. We partner with districts and educators to reimagine what math classrooms can look like.
This is a chance to join early in our U.S. journey, take on real ownership, and help build something from the ground up.
About The Role
This role is the right hand to the General Manager, Pacific and a core member of the U.S. expansion team.
You’ll start as a hands-on builder — opening doors, closing deals, and shaping our go-to-market motion — and evolve into a leader, hiring and developing the team that will scale the region.
Roles like this are rare: you’ll have the autonomy of a founder, the backing of a global company, and the opportunity to shape how an entire region — and eventually the U.S. — grows.
You’ll work across growth, operations, and strategy — building systems, running projects, supporting execution in the field, and stepping in wherever the business needs leverage.
What You’ll Do
Drive Execution & Growth
