What You’ll Do

• Own the offset press setup: mount plates, set colors, balance ink and water, and prepare for production
• Operate at optimal speeds, adjusting mechanisms to maintain throughput and quality
• Change plates, blankets, and cylinders; clean ink fountains and units as needed
• Run frequent quality checks; detect and correct print issues immediately
• Recalibrate equipment and perform routine maintenance to reduce downtime
• Track counts, makereadies, and waste with high accuracy
• Communicate clearly at shift transitions; raise quality concerns to the Team Lead and collaborate on solutions
• Work safely at all times, following lock-out/tag-out, HazCom, and departmental SOPs

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience operating offset presses
• Solid knowledge of lithographic printing, color management, and finishing workflows
• Ability to interpret job instructions; comfortable with both computer interfaces and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with predictive and productive maintenance practices
• Proven ability to monitor equipment for speed and quality
• Stamina to stand for long periods (including 10–12 hours on concrete), bend, perform repetitive motions, and lift 25 lbs routinely and up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Dependable, punctual, eager to learn, accountable for quality, and an effective communicator who can work independently and with a team
