Role Description The PACE Program Health Agent is a part-time, remote role responsible for helping eligible individuals understand and enroll in the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. This role involves conducting outreach calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups to educate prospective participants and their caregivers about program benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures. The agent will gather and verify client information, assist with application completion, and coordinate with internal teams or partner organizations to move applications forward. Daily tasks include documenting all interactions in company systems, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to compliance and privacy guidelines. The PACE Program Health Agent is expected to manage a steady caseload, meet performance and quality metrics, and provide clear, empathetic guidance to diverse clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing roles within healthcare, insurance, social services, or financial services, with the ability to explain complex programs in clear, accessible language.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, including comfort with phone- and video-based outreach, interviewing clients, and addressing questions or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity, respect for confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines when handling sensitive personal and health information.

Compensation is a 1099. 100% commissions based on CMS guidelines.
