A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Warranty Claim Support Specialist.

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Location: Remote

About the Role:
Customer Specialist– Warranty Administration (Virtual) As a Customer Specialist, you will provide virtual support to customers, Account Managers, and store teams with a primary focus on warranty administration. You will manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and timely resolution. This role handles a higher volume of warranty-related inquiries than typical store roles and requires strong organization, technical understanding, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support (Primary)
Handle warranty inquiries via phone, Salesforce cases and email, guiding customers through requirements and eligibility.
• Enter, track, and manage warranty claims on behalf of Account Managers and store teams.
• Communicate claim status, gather documentation, and resolve issues within policy guidelines.
• Identify potential product or service opportunities and share with Account Managers.

Operations:

Execute accurate, timely warranty workflows and maintain documentation.
• Support virtual communication for warranty updates, training, or programs.
• Suggest improvements to warranty processes and customer experience.

General

Complete required training and support team initiatives.
• Occasional travel may be needed for meetings or district support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 2 years in customer service, inside sales, or warranty-related roles.
• HVAC or mechanical experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:  $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
