Pay Range*: $75/hr to $80/hr

As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will:
Position Responsibilities:
- Possess a solid understanding of airplane structural analysis methods and tools for both metallic and/or composite structures.
- You will ensure the airplane has sufficient strength to endure all conditions encountered during its operational life.
- The analyst also ensures the airplane structure meets all other design requirements including fail-safety, durability, and damage tolerance where applicable.
- Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment.
- Support product design and verify structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance.
- Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.
Required Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil (including approved Structural), Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences).
- 8 years related work experience in structural analysis in Aerospace industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with finite element models/simulations using NASTRAN/PATRAN, ABAQUS, Hypermesh.
- Experience with 3D modeling such as CATIA/ENOVIA for model interrogation and verification.
- Experience with specific applications such IAS, CSW, SA and others.
