A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Production Support Workday HCM.
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Plano TX
Key Skills:
Required Skills:
• 7 years of IT experience in production support.
• Experience in Workday HCM Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) and configuration options.
• Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, Jira) and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
Desired Qualifications
• 5 years of IT Experience in Production support related to Workday HCM payroll benefits absence time tracking security, VNDLY and other modules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot business process issues security access problem and data inconsistencies in workday.
• Work closely with HR and finance teams to address functional and technical workday issues.
• Configure and update workday business processes based on organizational changes and compliance needs.
• Support workplace Security Administration including user access controller and role-based security assignments.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, JIRA and ITSM Remedy
