At Innova Solutions, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by assembling manufactured materials and components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble manufactured materials and components with accuracy and precision.
• Ensure quality in assembled products by reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Maintain inventory of products in workstations and perform quality work checks to identify product defects.
• Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as an Assembler or related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience without a high school diploma or GED may be considered.
