PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $51 - $58 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will:
- Lead job site safety standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.?
- Support incident investigations, RCAs, and?data driven?lessons learned.?
Drive the development and implementation of project plans, installation strategies, and site?logistics.? - Maintain and manage?5?week?look-ahead schedules, labor forecasts, and daily progress tracking.?
- Serve as the senior SME for data center?low voltage, structured cabling, and fiber installations.?
- Guarantee compliance with?ANSI/TIA,?BICSI,?NEBS, and all customer specifications.?
- Lead testing and commissioning activities including?OTDR, power meter validation, labeling standards, and quality assurance protocols.?
- Manage large (100 ) field technician teams—union or nonunion.?
- Mastery of?low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling installation for?mission critical?environments.?
- Advanced capability in commissioning, system validation, and telecom quality control processes.?
- Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.?
- Experience?identifying?design discrepancies and managing technical change control.?

The Ideal Candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED?required.?
- 3–5 years?of supervisory experience on large-scale structured cabling or data center construction projects.?
- Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100 ).?
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, Blue beam, and construction management platforms.?
- Data center?new build?or retrofit experience strongly preferred.?
Preferred Qualification:??
- OSHA30?(or ability to obtain within 6 months)?
- BICSI Technician (TECH)?
- BICSI RCDD?
- Experience working with?union telecom crews?and labor compliance.
