Structural Design Engineer
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

Position Summary
Innova Technologies seeks a Structural Design Engineer to design, analyze, and prepare structural engineering plans and calculations for commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use building projects. The engineer will develop safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural systems while working collaboratively with architects, contractors, owners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Essential Duties
Perform structural analysis and design utilizing steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel.
Prepare engineering calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.
Develop structural plans, details, schedules, and specifications utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and related software.
Review architectural and engineering drawings for structural compatibility and code compliance.
Apply IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, NDS, and related design standards.
Conduct structural evaluations, site observations, and field investigations.
Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and construction documents.
Prepare written engineering reports and recommendations.
Assist project managers with project coordination and technical support.
Maintain project documentation and quality control procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
