As a Healthcare/Life Science- Sales Executive, You Will
- Target and acquire net-new logos across specialty pharmacy, rare disease services, infusion providers, PBMs, and payer organizations.
- Leverage existing healthcare relationships to open executive conversations within specialty pharmacy leadership, digital transformation, and IT organizations.
- AI, data, and digital engineering offerings as strategic enablers for specialty pharmacy operations, patient access, and automation initiatives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new specialty pharmacy and healthcare opportunities through targeted outreach, industry relationships, conferences, and market intelligence.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects with consistent outbound activity.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and present customized solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain CRM records accurately and provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Legal, Marketing) to craft tailored value propositions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine outreach strategies.
- Required 8–15 years selling technology or consulting services into specialty pharmacy, PBM, payer, or infusion provider markets.
- Track record of success in B2B consultative sales—particularly in IT services, outsourcing, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows, patient access models, or healthcare operations.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Skilled in selling to C-suite stakeholders and navigating complex buying structures.
- Experience positioning AI, automation, or digital engineering solutions preferred.
- Established executive network across specialty pharmacy, PBM, infusion, or rare disease healthcare markets strongly preferred.
- Experience positioning nearshore delivery or global capability models preferred.
