A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Android Developer.

Job – Android Developer

Duration – 6 Months/Contract

Location – Florida

Shift Information – Fully Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on new development and enhancements for enterprise-level mobile applications. You will work closely with our development team to design, build, and deliver high-quality Android solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Android applications using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.
• Build and maintain stand-alone Android libraries for reusable components.
• Implement secure and efficient data caching techniques.
• Collaborate on UI/UX design using Figma or similar tools.
• Apply architecture patterns and ensure code quality across releases.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Firebase.
• Work on push notifications, cloud messaging, and accessibility features.
• Contribute to the release of apps on Google Play Store, from feature inception to launch.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of IT experience in application design, development, and delivery in an enterprise environment.
• 5 years of Android development experience with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin coroutines, flows, and modern Android architecture.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Firebase, and VoiceOver Accessibility.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
  

Special Qualifications

• Experience with continuous integration as an Android developer.
• Hands-on experience with push notifications and cloud messaging.
• Track record of publishing apps to Google Play Store.

Pay Range*:$55.00 - $60per hour
