A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Lead.
Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ/ Mclean, VA/ San Antonio, TX/ Minneapolis, MN
Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)
As a ServiceNow Lead, you will:
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Implement and customize ServiceNow VR solutions through configuration and scripting.
- Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document ServiceNow applications.
- Resolve escalated coding, testing, and platform issues.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with technical experts, platform architects, and industry groups to resolve complex issues.
- Partner with production support and platform engineering teams.
- Develop ServiceNow solutions within Agile frameworks.
- Manage API integrations with non-ServiceNow applications.
- Document applications and workflows in Confluence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with service-oriented architecture.
- ServiceNow application development experience.
- ServiceNow Vulnerability Response experience.
- Web technologies experience (JavaScript ES5 , HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
