PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/Hr on w2 to $65/HR on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Must Have:
- Design, develop, and implement complex software applications, often leveraging new technologies.
- Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
- Serve as a proficient technical resource, leading projects and directing team activities related to special initiatives or operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- 5 years of experience in IT software development and the SDLC lifecycle.
- Database experience with Mainframe, DB2, CICS
- More concerned with what they''ve worked on (not just batching) than years of exp.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
