Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative – E-commerce located in Modesto, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, processing orders, and providing detailed product information. Qualifications:
