Standard Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares tasks by following assembly guidelines, interpreting technical drawings, and selecting the appropriate parts.
- Examines connections for correct fit, fastens parts and subassemblies, and assembles components.
- Checks on stock level while maintaining inventory supplies.
- Set up and test product with minimal supervision.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Comply with company policies and procedures; observe safety rules and regulations, reporting hazardous conditions and unsafe practices to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
The Requirements for the Ideal Candidate Include
- Mechanical aptitude with proficient use of hand tools.
- Basic wiring skills.
- The ability interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
- Experienced in performing setup tasks and conducting product tests.
- Ability to analysze and troubleshoot product failures.
- Basic working knowledge of hydraulics or pneumatics (not required but a plus).
