Role Description
We are seeking a Assay Development Scientist. In this role, you will perform assay optimization, analytical performance studies(LoD/precision/specificity/interference), and strong documentation that supports FDA submission readiness.
This is a high-impact, multidisciplinary position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,
entrepreneurial environment and enjoys contributing across R&D, clinical affairs, and regulatory
functions.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in a relevant life science/engineering field
- 2–4 years in IVD/diagnostics development
- Experience generating data and documentation aligned with FDA approval pathways
- Strong experimental design data analysis technical writing
