Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate laser equipment to fulfill customer requests
- Print and process shipping labels
- Utilize shipping portals such as ShipStation (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Track and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with shipping software and fulfillment processes (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
