We are excited to for another summer of hosting engineering interns! Innotec’s Internship Program is designed with a dual purpose. It is an opportunity for you to be exposed to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, to learn new skills, as well as gain hands-on engineering experience. It is also an opportunity for you and Innotec to get to know each other with the goal of possible future full-time employment. Our intent is that the relationship will be mutually rewarding!

Innotec's Internship Program offers a variety of benefits, including:

· Competitive pay, plus a premium of $5/hour for time spent operating automated processes between 6pm and 5am.

· Paid community service opportunities

· Subsidized intern/co-op housing (for interns living a distance from campus)

Requirements

Interns are expected to have the following characteristics:

• Time management, skill development, and solid drive and initiative
• High levels of trust and integrity
• Good decision-making skills along with interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage several projects
• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and executing improvement projects with little guidance
• The ability to run production and trouble-shoot machines
• Interns must have the following qualifications:
• Maintain overall college G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher while being enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering degree-seeking program at least 1/2 time during regular semesters
• Interns must be available at least 15 hours during academic semesters if applying for fall, winter or spring, and for 40 hours if applying for summer
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
