Job Summary
The Account Manager will ensure that each department meets the needs of their clients and customers. They will act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure the client needs are understood and satisfied.
Essential Functions
- Meeting sales goal by obtaining contracts for services.
- Attend client meetings and make product recommendations that best fit client needs
- Provide services in support of client’s business plan
- Maintain client contracts by servicing, pricing, and delivering
- Assist with account management and customer service activities under the guidance of your local area manager/Sr. Account Manager
- Assist with sales calls with an emphasis on research, objectives, proposals, contracts and follow ups
- Perform basic field analysis including but not limited to water analysis, oil treating, scale and corrosion monitoring and interpretation of common water analysis
- Assist with collection of samples, utilizing proper sample techniques, along with proper lab procedures, labelling and shipment
Role Requirements
- 2-5 years of production chemical experience
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales Driven
