Role Description
Innosol is seeking an agile and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to support our initial market entry and customer development efforts. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–3 years of experience who are eager to grow in B2B sales, customer communication, and market development.
The Sales & Marketing Representative (Entry–Junior Level) will be responsible for executing sales strategies and supporting marketing efforts. This full-time, on-site position in Gaithersburg, MD includes tasks such as building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. The individual will participate in training programs to refine skills and ensure success in sales and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to identify new customers, support marketing initiatives, and assist with day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Development
- Identify and approach new B2B customers (medical, healthcare, dental, industrial, and distribution channels)
- Support outbound sales activities including calls, emails, follow-ups, and meetings
- Assist in preparing sales materials, quotations, and product information
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
- Support onboarding of new customers and manage ongoing relationships
Marketing & Market Support
- Assist with basic marketing activities such as product listings, presentations, and promotional materials
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support digital marketing efforts (website content, marketplaces, email outreach, etc.)
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management
Internal Coordination
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and overseas partners
- Support order tracking, delivery coordination, and customer inquiries
- Handle tasks with attention to detail and timely follow-up
Qualifications
Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service adeptness to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, Keynote, email, CRM tools)
- High level of DILIGENCE, responsiveness, and task ownership
Preferred (Plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or related fields
- Exposure to B2B sales, healthcare, medical supplies, or PPE
- Experience with Amazon Seller, B2B platforms, safety exhibitions or digital marketing related to e-commerce
- Willingness to engage in Training to improve sales and marketing techniques
- Multilingual ability (English required; Korean, Chinese, Spanish or other languages a plus)
