AI ML Engineer & Project Manager

PART-TIME: 20 hrs/ WeekPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to serve as both an AI/ML Engineer and Project Manager, responsible for designing and implementing machine learning solutions while leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven projects on time and within scope. This role bridges technical expertise with strategic execution, ensuring that AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:AI/ML EngineeringDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems tailored to business needs.Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation.Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate models into production environments.Monitor model performance and retrain/update models as needed.Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Project ManagementLead end-to-end project lifecycle for AI/ML initiatives, from ideation to deployment.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.Coordinate cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, product, and business stakeholders.Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.3 years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or data-driven environments.Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Orange, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML.Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI practices.Prior experience in a hybrid technical-managerial role.BenefitsStandard Employee Benefits.50% Health Insurance Paid by Innosoft, Paid Vacation, 401K Match, STD LTD and AD&D paid by Innosoft.

Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
