The Technical Expert shall analyze, track, and identify current and future technologies of interest to the Government. The Technical Expert shall perform research in a specified technology and prepare reports and briefings on the findings.

Position Specific Capabilities:
- The contractor shall be instrumental in supporting the TSSC Program Office with the following day to day duties:
- Perform research to identify current and future technical thread challenges in the areas of TEMPEST and Foreign Technical Surveillance capabilities, as well as emerging/technical advances.
- Assist in writing SIGINT requirements on a daily basis with EDO and Analysis and Production offices to impact the TSSC mission space.
- Collaborate with field elements to optimize collection and fill additional collections gaps.
- Analyze and report on collection against known foreign signals of interest. Tip-off operational elements as necessary.
- Prepare formal and informal reports on findings as requested for the TSSC Program Office.
- Attend/participate (and facilitate) technical exchanges, strategy meetings, technology meetings, requirements reviews, etc. and prepare meeting minutes/notes; Prepare responses to actions obtained from the meetings.
- Identify capabilities/operational gaps and shortfalls; Prepare development requirements for submission development organization.
- Prepare process/project/focus/systems related to documentation (e.g. Concept of Operations, Project Plans, development requirement requests, schedules)
