Enterprise QE Architect

As an Enterprise QE Architect, you will play a strategic role in transforming quality engineering practices across global ISVs and Enterprises, spanning diverse technologies from Device to Cloud, and domains such as MedTech, Retail, Supply Chain, and Construction. Your deep expertise will enable you to guide teams and clients through complex enterprise-scale challenges, driving the adoption of modern QE methodologies, automation frameworks, and cutting-edge technologies to deliver superior quality and business outcomes.

• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Provide thought leadership in both functional and non-functional QE strategies, emphasizing Agile implementation for large-scale enterprises. Develop quality engineering strategies that integrate seamlessly into business goals and drive quality productivity.
• Client Engagement & Workshops: Lead enterprise-level workshops, engaging clients to understand their pain points, challenges, and business objectives. Offer technical direction and roadmaps to overcome challenges and achieve enterprise-wide quality objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaison with senior leadership across QE, Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, IT, and Business functions to evangelize QE best practices, facilitating continuous improvement through thought leadership.
• Data & Cloud Expertise: Leverage your experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform to manage and migrate data efficiently. Utilize your knowledge in AI/ML, GenAI, and AI-led QE solutions to bring innovation to the forefront of enterprise quality engineering.
• Tool Proficiency: With deep knowledge of both open-source and commercial tools, design and implement enterprise-grade best practices for quality engineering. Provide hands-on support, participating in demos and customer-facing activities that demonstrate automation strategies and advisory services.
• RFP Strategy & Account Mining: Provide strategic inputs and manage the response to enterprise-level RFPs, ensuring the execution methodology aligns with client needs. Drive account mining initiatives to evangelize Innominds' services across LOBs and geographies.
• Advisory Support: Offer due diligence and advisory services for QE, Agile, and DevOps, identifying organizational strengths and addressing gaps. Develop roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Center of Excellence: Define and implement Test Centres of Excellence (TCoE), develop quality improvement frameworks, and introduce governance models to measure and improve testing processes and capabilities.
• Proposals & Collaboration: Lead the creation of proposal strategies, providing solution approaches and execution methodologies. Collaborate effectively with different QE competencies to ensure alignment with market trends, supporting the sales and pre-sales teams with compelling collaterals and campaigns.

Required Skillset:

• Experience: 15 years in quality engineering, with deep expertise in supporting both ISVs and Enterprises,
• Software Development & QA: A thorough understanding of quality assurance and control techniques, software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
• Automation Expertise:

• Proven experience with full-stack test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium, WDIO, Coded UI, SoapUI, Protractor, Rest Assured, and more. Expertise in AI tools, cloud platforms, Linux environments, and Docker/container ecosystems.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Preferred Skills:

• Data Quality: Experience in data quality, data profiling, and governance, with a focus on automating testing for data pipelines.
• Cloud Migrations: Expertise in devising testing strategies for on-premise to cloud migration projects.
• IOT, embedded/firmware testing is a plus
