Role Overview

The DSG Design Development Lead plays a critical role in bridging creative vision and production reality, ensuring that every concept is translated into accurate, scalable, and retail-ready outputs. This role strengthens the foundation of our work as volume and complexity increase—bringing precision, speed, and confidence to everything we produce.
Responsibilities
This Individual will lead the development and execution layer of our DSG design process—owning how ideas become real.
- End-to-End Execution Support
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Production teams to bring concepts to life
- Is the main Partner with our DSG Team and the Temp Design Team in Ohio.
- Communicating Clear Direction for the Temp team and Model Shop team to develop these initiatives.
- Support key initiatives across endcaps, collab spaces, and in-store experiences
- Process & Workflow Optimization
- Identify gaps and bring structure to how work flows from concept → production
- Improve speed, clarity, and consistency across high-volume programs
- Pre-Press & File Accuracy
- Establish and uphold best practices for file setup, production readiness, and output integrity
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, buildable, and aligned with manufacturing standards
- Vision 50 Crop Deck Development
- Build and refine scalable systems for crop decks and rollout programs
- Translate creative concepts into organized, repeatable toolkits for retail execution
