Scope Of The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in administrative support, operations, or office management. You will help ensure the workplace runs efficiently by handling clerical tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting team members
What You’ll Own::
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Greet visitors and provide basic assistance
- Support internal teams with clerical and organizational tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of information
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1 years experience working in a production environment
- Spanish Speaking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Experience with data entry or administrative support (internships or part-time work acceptable)
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
