We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support in a court-based environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting traditional judicial systems, including e-court platforms and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, supporting critical court operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for court staff, including judges, clerks, and administrative personnel
- Support and maintain e-court systems and other judicial applications
- Assist with report generation, troubleshooting, and modifications using Crystal Reports
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed
- Ensure minimal disruption to court operations by responding quickly to service requests
Requirements:
- Prior experience providing IT help-desk or desktop support in a professional environment
- Familiarity with court or judicial systems, including e-court platforms
- Working knowledge of Crystal Reports for reporting and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
