ServicePoint is looking for dedicated Material Handlers to support our project teams by managing, organizing, and distributing materials for construction and technology installations. The Material Handlers support both warehouse operations and field-based project needs in the Boise, Idaho area. This role is critical to ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are received, staged, delivered, inventoried, and returned accurately to support construction projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that spans warehouse and jobsite settings. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and organize, and inventory incoming materials and equipment Pick, stage, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites and field teams Load, transport, and unload materials safely to and from project locations Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with material tracking Support jobsite material staging, cleanup, and returns Coordinate with field supervisors, warehouse staff, and project teams to ensure timely material availability Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and site-specific requirements Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and staging areas Required Experience & Qualifications1-2 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar field-based logistics role Experience supporting construction, low-voltage, or jobsite operations preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs Basic inventory management and material documentation skills Current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record Availability to work weekends as needed based on project demands Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism Preferred QualificationsOSHA 10 certification Forklift certification or prior experience operating forklifts Familiarity with construction sites or active jobsite environments Work EnvironmentCombination of warehouse and field-based work in Boise and surrounding areas Exposure to construction sites, outdoor conditions, and active jobsite environments May require extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting Why ServicePoint Stable, growing organization supporting large-scale technology and construction projects Team-focused culture centered on safety, accountability, and shared success Opportunity to work across both warehouse and field operations with room for growth This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.ServicePoint is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
