Job Summary
Innisfree Senior Living is seeking a dependable, compassionate Transportation Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for our residents. This position coordinates with the Front Desk and Activities departments to assist with medical appointments, errands, outings, and scheduled activities.
When transportation duties are not active, this position will assist the Front Desk, Activities, and other departments with general tasks to support residents and daily community operations.
Responsibilities
· Safely transport residents to appointments, errands, outings, and activities.
· Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
· Coordinate schedules and transportation needs with the Front Desk and Activities departments.
· Maintain a clean vehicle and report maintenance or safety concerns.
· Assist with activities, Front Desk tasks, and other duties as assigned.
· Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to residents.
Qualifications
· Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to assist residents with mobility needs.
· Previous experience with seniors or transportation preferred.
