The Sales Department at Innisfree Hotels seeks a highly skilled and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will serve as the point of contact for guests with queries about services, packages, and events, and provide administrative support to the Sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the sales staff by directing the flow of information and traffic in the office, including phone calls, appointments, and inquiries.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and set appointments by determining client needs and specifications for referral to Sales Coordinator and Director of Sales.
- Compile and maintain physical or digital files on clients, expenses, and sales.
- Perform administrative duties such as creating contracts, entering group bookings in Delphi, responding to leads, and assisting with special events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of catering, convention services, or sales support experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
